I was born in Casale Monferrato, Italy on 9th of November 1986.
I have always loved cinema. After my studies in film-making, I began working in post-production digital intermediate process with a focus on colour grading. I began my career as an assistant colorist at a video post-production house. At that time my appreciation for the visual medium of pictures began. The passion for the visual art grew quickly in me and I soon realized that I needed to know more about light, photography and cinematography. I recognised that this was my field.
Then I moved to Milano where I attended CFP Bauer, a photography school. While I was studying, I worked as a colorist for broadcast post-production facilities. I had the opportunity to gain experience in different kinds of video productions and workflows. Moreover I have hands-on knowledge of the camera (35/16mm, R3D, Alexa, DSLR, Phantom...), Telecinema & Scanners, Software (Resolve, Nucoda, Scratch) and in general about everything that contributes to improving the tasks related to colour grading and the digital intermediate.
When I am not in a dark room I act as a landscape photographer, working on personal projects that might help me to make order in my chaotic world and communicate as only Art can do.
