It is now just over a couple of days from the Scottish Referendum vote and recent polling has the Yes and No campaigns a few points apart. What looked like an unlikely occurrence is now looking more and more possible. Recently UK conservative parties announced more financial incentives for Scotland to stay in the UK union, showing signs of weakness and doubt. Finances are a key factor in independence as Scotland has rich oil reserves and experts estimate that is they secede the region could be the 14th richest country.

362 international arms manufacturers and military personnel took part in the 10th Annual Special Operations Forces Exhibition (SOFEX) at the King Abdullah I Airbase near Amman in Jordan where they demonstrated their latest high-tech military industry equipment. High ranking military officers were present to buy and sell the latest weaponry. Aside from businessmen who attended the fair - one of the biggest in the world - to make good deals, many curious visitors came, mainly locals, excited to hold and point snipers and rifles, or to take a photo inside the cockpit of an helicopter. The exhibition began with a demonstration by the Jordanian Special Forces and the visit of the King of Jordan Abdullah II.

A Most anticipated event, Maha Kumbh Mela (Fair) 2013, happens only once in 12 years as the first akhara in the series of 13 of Sanatan dharma. Panch Dasnam Juna Akhara and Maha Nirvani Akhara made an official entry into the city led by two Shankaracharyas and 40 Maha Mandaleshwars.

Maha Nirvani Akhara Group reaches Kumbh area in a traditional way. Pious Ramta Panch and Pious Acharya Maha Mandleshwar has entered too with a religious saffron flag.

With his pupils Acharya Maha Mandleshwar reached the Maha Kumbh Area among a royal procession. He sits on silver throne.

Maha Nirwani Akhara participates with Maha Mandleshwar Alkhpuri Ji Maharaj and his pupils.

Australian based Maha Mandleshwar Jasraj Puri, the pupil of Maheshwarnand also participated.

It was an event awaited by all as it happens only once in 12 years as the first akhara in the series of 13 of Sanatan dharma Panch Dasnam Juna Akhara made an official entry into the city led by two Shankaracharyas and 40 Maha Mandaleshwars. Truly a historic occasion, given the fact that the occasion was the most auspicious.
Kumbh Mela (Fair) is the largest gathering of people for a religious purpose in the world. Millions of people gather on different places for this auspicious occasion. Kumbha is a Sanskrit word for Pitcher, sometimes referred to as the Kalasha.
According to astrologers, the 'Kumbh Mela Fair' takes place when the planet Jupiter enters Aquarius and the Sun enters Aries. Kumbh (Kumbha means pot) Mela (means fair) is a sacred Hindu pilgrimage. In 2013 from 27th January the Purna Kumbh Mela will be held on Allahabad which occurs after every 12th years.

Located in Ajmer district of Rajasthan, the city plays host to the biggest camel fair in Asia. Pushkar is one of the oldest cities in India and is situated on the shores of the Pushkar Lake. According to legend Lord Brahma is the creator of this city and is said to have performed penance for 60,000 years.

The fair is a much-awaited annual event and is normally held after Diwali. According to Hindus calendar, the royal Pushkar fair is celebrated in (Kartik mas) the month of October or November every year. The importance of this fair is Hindu’s Pious do take purity bath (Snaan), After bath in river (sarover) all Pious do worship (Maha Arti), then all pious depart to be their place ‘Brahma mandi’. There pilgrim move and pass various way of the City.

Pushkar fair Organised by ‘’Pushker mela vikas samiti & Rajasthan tourism department’’. In there has been lot of Competition in the fair. Rajasthani play, like Mataka fod, Mataka dhaud, Dulhan & Asav. Pepole Participated from National as well as International. This fair is the region’s central cattle market for local herdsmen and farmers to buy and sell camels, horses and cattle.
